2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened Products: Unused cigars and accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the item or issue store credit.

Damaged Products During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the damage and packaging, to process a replacement or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of tobacco products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or partially used tobacco products.

Clearance or promotional items marked “final sale.”

4. No Receipt? No Problem.

If you don’t have your receipt, we may still be able to process your return. For eligible items, we can issue store credit based on the current selling price.

Belvedere Coverage: We cover shipping costs for returns involving defective or damaged items.

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs for all other items are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refund Options

Full Refunds: Refunds for eligible items will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

Store Credit: Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund for a faster resolution.
