The H. Upmann Hispaniola Cigars by Jose Mendez uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, Dominican olor binder, and fillers that include Dominican pilotico and andullo, making for a Dominican focused blend utilizing many different varieities and regions. The resukt is a full-flavored with a medium-full body with rich aroma. The cigars are made in the Dominican Republic at the Tabacalera de García factory.
